Can I personalise my item?

Many items can be personalised. The website details many of the items that are personalised from stock. If you have any further requirements then please talk to us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Can I order a fully commissioned item?

Yes. We can work with you to make a special piece. Please note, we cannot duplicate copyrighted designs and all commissions are the artists interpretation of the given theme. Commissioned items cannot be returned.

Can I send to multiple addresses?

This is not a problem, we can send to multiple addresses. A separate delivery charge will be levied for each address delivered to. Please inform us during the checkout process that you wish to split the postage and we will let you know the delivery costs.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

We cannot cancel or amend commissioned or personalised orders for obvious reasons. If you wish to cancel a stock or standard item this may be possible, please inform us as soon as possible on 07805 066417 to see whether we can help.

How much is the delivery charge?

You will be informed of all postal costs before payments are processed.

How can I track my order?

Items sent through Royal Mail cannot be tracked, however we also use an alternative courier which can be tracked. Contact us for details of how your parcel was sent and we will help you.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

In stock items are shipped within 3 days, however during busy times it may take us a little longer. Please inform us if any of the items are needed urgently and we will try to get them there on time!

Please allow up to 6 working days for UK delivery and up to 12 working days for worldwide shipping, unless special delivery is selected  in which case your pieces should arrive within the next day (excluding weekends, UK only) if ordered by 2pm the day before

Some items are painted to order, therefore please allow 14-21 days UK, 21-28 days worldwide for completion and postage of your item/s. On some occasions items may be delayed; if there is likely to be a delay you will be informed by email or telephone

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

We take great care to ensure that all of our items are wrapped to prevent damage, however in the unlikely event of breakages please contact us immediately either at 07805 066417 or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. It is important that you retain the damaged items and all of the packaging and, if possible, please send photographs of the damaged items how they arrive. This is important for us to make sure that we continue to package our items correctly and work with our logistics companies to minimise breakages.

Lid and saucer replacements.

Can I replace an old favourite, much loved item?

Laura keeps detailed records of all of her designs so that any discontinued items can be replaced, as a special commission. Please contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots.
