Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase, however if you are not please return it to us within 14 days, unused and in it's original packaging and we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase at the original purchase price.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging in a resellable condition
Unless faulty, return postage must be covered by the customer. Please contact us if item/s are faulty or damaged by emailing email@example.com
We cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged on their way to us, please use a tracked and insured form of shipping, retain proof of posting and ensure the item is packaged well.
Please note personalised, commissioned or slight seconds cannot be returned unless they are incorrect or damaged. Damages must be reported upon receipt of your items. Please photograph damaged items and the packaging to make a claim.
