Personalised items
Personalised items are painted to order, please allow an extra 4 days for completion and postage of your item/s
On some occasions items may be delayed; if there is likely to be a delay you will be informed by your chosen contact method
DELIVERY METHOD
Royal Mail or by courier (if heavy)
Items packaged well and breakages during delivery are extremely rare.
We are happy to deliver to home or work, items can also be shipped direct with a gift message. Please leave us a note upon ordering.
Please inform us of a 'safe place' in which to leave your parcel if you are likely to be out.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
Items are tracked, parcels lost in transit will be replaced or refunded
In the rare event of a breakage during transit, please report upon opening your parcel, please photograph the breakage and packaging and contact us by email at laura@lauraleedesigns.co.uk or phone 07805 066417
PLEASE NOTE: Items cannot be replaced or refunded without photographic evidence of both the item/s and their packaging

Our products are shipped from the UK and sold on an unpaid Delivery Duty basis.
Please be aware that you may have to pay Import Duty or a Formal Customs Entry Fee upon, or prior to, delivery. Please check your Local Legislation rules.
