Flora Day - Shop All

For hundreds of years in the Cornish market town of Helston, Flora Day has been celebrated by the townsfolk . This ancient festival, usually held on 8th May is a festival marking the end of winter and celebrating the arrival of spring vitality and fertility. The houses and shops of the town are decorated with greenery and floral arrangements and the townsfolk dance through the town, houses and shops.
